I am a long time customer of AOL - almost from the beginning
Recently frustrated but lack of response and understanding and being given an opportunity to speak to someone other than those answering customer service who do not seem to hear or understand what i am telling them.
I have recently run into issues with using AOL app and even connecting with safari server on my iphone - i have called in multiple times - they direct me to call AT and T which i have done - all that AT and T can do is have me reset the network on my phone - they tell me it is an issue with AOL and how it connects to the cellular networks. I have a friend who uses Verizon which apparently under the same parent company with the same issue so it cannot just be AT and Ts issue -
this is a recent phenomenon and i have called in 4-5 times and also chatted on line and no one is willing to put me through to a supervisor or higher level person - this is really unacceptable customer service
i have seen interviews you have given that stated you want to improve customer service - to me as a long time user it is worse and enough to make me consider finding other options
i would appreciate the courtesy of a reply
