As a Mother I have seen as have you what plastic is doing to this world. Two. I feel you should offer incentives to staff to push TJX cards. Actually, Three.
have you thought about offering a large free reusable bag to the first 50 customers in the door to send the message that you care about our earth. You have the power to make the change and be seen. Please think about the next generations and what your bags alone are doing to this planet. I always ask the customer if they need a bag and offer our reusables as an option. Also, out store really needs to recycle. We have so much garbage.
