I found two Ralph Lauren Polo A-2 leather bomber jackets and presented them for purchase at the register on 10/27 at 7:20 pm yesterday evening. Identical jackets for $199. One with a tag and one without. I ask the cashier to make a tag for the jacket without a tag. A coordinator returns to the point of sale and begins to tell me that she is unable to sell me these jackets for this price because she received a call from her manager earlier and that the price should be $399 and that she has not had time to get all the jackets off the floor, but she was unable to sell me the jackets for the price marked. I immediately asked for the MOD and Karen arrived to the pos after tens minutes of waiting. She begins to go back and forth with me About the issue and will only sell me one of the jackets, because the other jacket was not priced. So I walk over to the rack and find several more marked for $199 and purchase those spending nearly $1,000.
This experience was embarrassing for me and my family and was totally unacceptable for anyone.
My debit care rang as a gift card and did not allow me to enter my PIN number. I will be returning the $399 this morning that I purchased. My transactions # is 90621015408167353.
