I am concerned about a company that tjx bought called sierra the employees there are working 50 hours a week wow that is how people get wore out. their production they keep raising the percent on them and some can make it some can't. they were promised 3 days off when they were told that they would be working 4 days a week and 3 off. Well that has happened 1 or 2 times in a 2 month period and one week they were told that there will be overtime that you will have to work Friday all day so that made it a 60 hour week. People are getting wore out and tired.
