Nancy Hinojos sent a message to Carol Meyrowitz that said:
While you are a very busy woman I do hope you read this. Why do you not have a policy in place for an incident report when there is an accident at your stores.
I was shopping one day and the weather was very bad, I was thrown with the door several feet, not just pushed, actually lifted off my feet and thrown where I landed several feet away on top of one of your metal baskets.
All I ask is that you would review the video and the incident.
When I called the store manager the next day, he said they do not do incident reports.
One of the employees was there.
After working in a hospital for 30 years I am shocked at how my accident was handled, thankfully it was not a frail older person, they would have been seriously injured or worse.
