Mr. Goodnight, as a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon I would like to give you an incredible business opportunity, that is in helping build our fraternity house. The entire cost would be nearly $3 million. Since we have 100+ members in the chapter, at a yearly rent of $10,000 per person I believe you would make even on your investment by the third year following which would only be profitable. Please think about this as the reputation of our fraternity lies in us getting a house on campus.
