To make this to the point. I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer. The trans failed after 9,000 miles. You replaced it and after a series of discussions with your Regional Service Manager your only comp is extending my 5 yr 60K warranty to 5 yr 100K. I am sure you understand that for a person who uses the car 10 - 12K per year that is a no value offer as a matter of fact I get screwed because the trans now in the car only has a 50K warranty at the rate I drive. Does this sound fair to you? For the money I spent on this car I find your companies positon unreasonable and will affect my use of Ford and influence of others. Would appreciate.reconsideration.
