To reference prior messages, I am truly not happy that "Sears" have ignored my concerns. I am now really ill, due to the young man who was sent to my house to clean my ducts twice. Your people came on June 14, 2016 and he was sent back to my home because, of the black smog on my walls, vents, clothes and now in my lungs. Now your company is denying that they came out to service my unit in 2016. I have the tickets in my presents, one on June 14, 2016 and the other on October 3, 2016. I tried to contact the Air Duct cleaning unit again, in Feb. 2018, they obviously, have ignored this situation, now the smog is all over my house. They were supposed to come out again on Feb. 2, 2018. They never showed up or called. Sir this is really a serious situation, and I tried to resolve it.
