To say the least i am highly annoyed!! I would highly recommend that you NOT register or spend your money at babies-R-us or Toys-r-us. A full month ago I contacted the store and their 1800 customer service number regarding a merchandise credit they had given me. It was suppose to have a balance of 173 at this time.... Went to use it online and it had a balance of 3.97. Needless to say that's a huge difference. Come to find out the card had been used in California!!! We hadn't been in California. Their system had been compromised and our card number stolen and used! I'm on leave and this is nursing supply money... Serious money for me ATM! For one month they have been jacking me around about this case saying it was upgraded to a back office (that no one has the number to and they can't transfer me to) saying they will contact me in 3-5 days! The store manager locally is no longer with the company but to be fair customer service told them the same thing ... That they would upgrade my case to urgent and call me in 24-48 hours!!! Customer service is now not even emailing me back when I try to follow up! I will never spend another dime or register for anything at this company again! Seems I'm being punished for something no fault of my own and I know they have insurance to cover issues such as this! Shame on you #toysrus #babiesrus
