This is just for your kind information, conversation i had with sony India corporate office. just now , about the replacement of my Television as it was a defective piece supplied to me From Vijay sales Thane (Tip Top plaza).
I have been complaining from day one you can check all the prevailing mails.
I understand by conversation with sony India corporate office Delhi , that they are not intrested in taking My compalint seriously and sticking to their words for not replacing the defective piece which they had supplied to Vijay sales and in turn vijay sales has supplied to Me. In my case the TV that has been sold to me suffers from defects made in factory. Hence the situation boils down to this - that the companys representation that the product is world class and free from any defect was wrong (might be false) and therefore I was induced to make the buy decision based on a wrong (might be false) representation.
Sir, I will escalate the matter even to Sony Head office for asia – pacific about Mental trauma and unfair trade practice parted out by Sony India and seek Damages .
Since I am trying to call both to Mr Allywn buthelo ( customer care incharge west ) they are not keen in attending My calls. I have little option left but to move to Court for justice,
I have made a biggest mistake , If I knew about company intention I would have saved money and time and even peace of mind had I gone for other Brand Television.
