To the CEO of Shell,
I am writing to request the cancellation of a parking ticket that I received on the 13/05/2016.

After purchasing diesel for my car, I parked my car in the car park area under the permission of your employees who work on site. My car was in the car parking area so was not blocking other customers from fuelling their cars. I left to post a letter at the post office across the road. I was not gone longer than 15 minutes and by the time I came back I had received a parking ticket.
As a customer of Shell for the last twenty years I am outraged at the service I have received. I asked the manager (Siva) of the site how the ticket was justifiable as I had been granted permission to park there by his colleagues. If I had not been given permission to park in the car park I would not have parked here. I have now been asked to pay a fine of £160. It is not acceptable to treat a loyal customer this way and I hope you are able to make amends on behalf of your staff working at the Hammersmith branch.
Please contact me asap informing me of what action you plan to take.
Yours sincerely
