On Demand TV CONSTANTLY stops working/freezes up requiring a reboot several times to continue watching On Demand TV shows. This is EXTREMELY annoying, I am a long time loyal Time Warner customer, my loyalty is penalized with constant rate hikes with no perks/rewards ever. I pay a lot for service I don't think it's too much to ask for it to reliable.
Please advise why On Demand TV has these issues.
