To whom it may concern: I am a dissatisfied customer that has now been on hold waiting for manager for over 01:35 minutes. My policy cancelled. I received a letter to renew. I paid the renewal. I received another bill. I paid that amount. I then added another vehicle to my policy. I then received a bill for a large amount. I called into customer service. I was transferred to a supervisor per the associate could not understand my bill amount. I spoke with Judy she says I was doubled billed because I allowed my policy to cancel. She says the reinstatement was just to keep me in good standing with my state MVD. I advised her that makes no sense to allow me to speak with billing. Judy states there is no billing department. I requested to escalate my call. I have now been on hold for about 050:00min with no response from Judy or anyone. It appears my call has been discontented now. I serve in the Army and this is such disrespect on all levels. I have received disservice from Progressive.
