Michael sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
To whom it may concern,
I need to speak to someone immediately. It is very important as if I do not I will have to seek other options and at this point PayPal helped and aided in me being scammed. I shall explain more once we are speaking directly as I do not feel like having to deal with anymore automated replies or anything of the sort.
I have a complaint to lodge against an employee as well as I provided a huge amount of information and it was all bypassed and not even looked at and thus created a problem and now I am going to have to sue this other party/company and I will be taking this to the media and showing all the turns of events which do not look good in regards to how things were conducted and your employee's being to lazy to actually listen and review my inputs and submissions.
This would effect Paypal's reputation and I would rather discuss this and see if we can work something out or if you decide differently then what had occurred given no one listened to me or actually reviewed my input and submissions. I will be filing complaints with all the appropriate agency's and or organizations in regards to this if we cannot figure this out, as well as if I do not hear from someone who has some actual authority.
