To whom it may concern,
I was billed TWICE for a renewal plan. Due to this my bank account went into overdraft. I am very upset about this.
I was billed 43.19 twice and refunded only 39.00 and some change once I figured out why my account was overdrawn. I then called for the change. I wouldnt be so upset but I am a single mom and my 2 sons are dancers for the Cleveland Cavaliers and 2 other groups. they were in a competition at Kalahari Resort recently and won first place. They have moved up to the finals which is held in N.J.I am a single mom struggling but I want to allow my kids to go to finals. I started a paypal account for donation from anyone to help. I have that account linked to my checking and because of the mistake geeksquad made it took they money that was suppose to help them go to N.J. I was devastated when I saw this. my bank charged me so many fees because of your mistake and with account being linked it also took their traveling funds. If in any way possible you could find a way to pay for the fees or even sponsor my boys it would greatly be appreciated. I can not let them down. I try to keep these boys busy and on positive activities. with all of the worldly terrible events that have taken place I have to keep them focused and out of the streets. They are suppose to leave August 5-7 for N.J. World's Dance Competition. I can attach bank statement for you to see exactly what happened if needed please call me.
