Jeff sent a message to Robert Iger Chairman and CEO, The Walt Disney Company Email Address that said:
To Whom It May Concern
I would like to express my absolute disgust of the way our group was handled this year for our annual Disney World trip. The way our reservation was handled to the purchase of park tickets was not a happy experience. I spoke to the resort's guest relations manager of the resort we stayed at and was assured that the matter would be dealt with. I was told that someone from Disney's Youth and Leisure Services would be contacting me in regards to our reservations for the 2017 trip by Wednesday March 16th and it is now Wednesday March 30th and I have not been contacted yet. I have left numerous voicemails for the guest relations manager that I spoke to and there has been no attempt on their part to return my call. After all of this it leads me to believe that Disney employees are only concerned about one thing and that is the all might dollar. It seems to me that no one I speak to or try to speak to is concerned about the guest. Our group which is a Cub Scout Pack have stayed at Fort Wilderness now for the past 4 years and after this year we are undecided as to if we will return. As a parent said to me, "Disney is supposed to be the most happiest place on earth, but there is nothing happy about this trip!" I do not know who else to go to as no one will return my calls so I hope this will help before I have no other alternative but file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If someone could get in touch with me that would be great.
Sincerely
Jeff
