I'm very disatisfied n livid with your company service and lack of professionalism. I've been without income past 3 months and very angry I'm getting the runaround about income. Everytime I call to speak to my claim mgr she's unavailable, called to speak with her boss Greg Russo and never got him. I called Christopher L and no response. I've never been thru a crisis and find it unacceptable that a person have to be without income over 3 months. I'm fed up and going to consult with legal aid about this problem. I'm very angry with this insurance company and vow never to use this company. This company has ruined my life and caused me several losses. If you could please help I'd greatly appreciate it!!!
