jeff sent a message to Glen F. Post, III President and CEO, CenturyLink, Inc. – email address that said:
To whom it may concern,
Internet service was just installed in our neighborhood a couple months ago. One Saturday afternoon a couple of your sales people sold us internet service and prism T.V, even though we had just signed a contract with dish. They assured us they would be no issue with canceling prism T.V before the 30 days was, and that our bill would stay the same. THAT DIDN’T HAPPEN. When we went to cancel prism T.V the lady told us that our bill was going up due to cancelling prism. After a very long and heated conversation it was finally resolved SO I THOIGHT. She assured us everything would be taken care of, she was wrong just got a bill for $345.00 for charges she was supposed to take care of. So for the third time we have had to call and figure this out. Very unhappy with the way CenturyLink handles customer service calls at one point the lady called me a liar and told me that this is how this situation is going to work. Singing up with CenturyLink has been a huge debacle from day one. I will add the installation guy was very friendly, so you have that going for you.
If century link wasn’t the only internet in our area I would have dropped your service in a heartbeat!! I feel that century link needs to work on training of sales positions and customer service a little more so they all can be on the same page!! I would appreciate an email back so I know that my concerns are being addressed.
Thanks
JEFF
