To Whom It May Concern,
Please understand I am extremely upset at this turn of events with Paypal. This has happened to me several times (Automated) with regular PayPal and now this has happened with Merchant Service PayPal. I was with First Data Corp. for more that 15 years and never had a single incident. PayPal courted us as a business and we though it would boost our business and make it easier for clients to make payments. Over that last 15 years I have had my PayPal account compromised by someone in a foreign country, locked out 7 times, lost access to cash or the ability pay through PayPal numerous times and now this. When we setup the account its was made clear we are a service company and most of my transactions are for photography and event photography related business so I DO NOT have any specific vendor. Many times we do conventions and conferences that we have to provide laptops, monitors, ipad, etc. for the event for clients to view pictures or make picture selections. Often these are provided for us by our end clients as part of the original invoices. Sometimes we sell the equipment as we no longer have a use or need for the items once the event is over.
I DO NOT have specific vendors so I do not know what you are looking for as the request is generic and certainly vague. I have booking agents and destination management agents that book our events. Before I close my PayPal account and join the several AntiPaypal site and contact executives at PayPal with my issues please note that my wife’s business, brothers business and several colleagues business’s are using PayPal because I recommended them to you and I feel utterly betrayed at this point. I will send you every vendor I work with and every client / agent in my database along with this letter. These have been uploaded to you already.
As is obvious PayPal no longer wants my business STOP ASKING FOR MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER!!! I have already sent my tax ID number more than a dozen times as my merchant account is a business account. I am removing all PayPal logos from our website, business’s and no longer going to be using PayPal for any business ever in the future. I am going to send an email to all of my colleagues that I recommended PayPal too and explain what has happened to me. My wife’s business has stopped taking PayPal and has done the same. I am going to post my experience on every website, blog, and anti PayPal website as well as a complaint with the BBB. I am going to post extensively on my Ebay store I no longer take PayPal and refer them to the page where I post my horrid experience with PayPal. After all of these years of business I have never defrauded PayPal of one single penny and yet I am treated as a criminal. Good luck in your future endeavors but your not the only game in town any longer.
