To whom this may concern,
I inquired getting my internet and phone transferred to my new address due to moving. I called on Friday feb 11th 2016. And my service was to be turned on. On the 16th of February. I took work off to wait for my technician to be here. At 1pm -6:20 pm I have called 40 times been hung up on and was told that someone will be at my house .the last person I spoke to was at 5:55 in district Ohio her name Brianna and she told me that my service will be turned on tomorrow due to an error. With this being said I told her I've spoke to 40 people before her and have not been told this information. Not once have I received a call or email notifying me of this error. After 5 hrs and 20 mins on the phone with several different agents my problem was not addressed properly. When I asked for a credit to be applied due to the inconvenience she said no. I am personally writing this email because my time has been wasted and to personally notify that a credit should be well served. I'd also like to point out once again that I have been hung up on / put on hold with the sounds of a party in the background and was given the run around through 5 hour and 20 minutes .
