To whom this may concern,
My name is Joshua . I am contacting you in regards to my Centurylink account . I am currently deployed to Africa at this time. My wife has been handling all of the finances while I've been gone. All of the sudden last week, I got an email from centurylink saying my bill was past due. The balance read $879 which is impossible and obsurd. She has confirmation numbers and bank statements proving payments. Your customer service is by far the worst I've ever seen. My wife and I have both tried calling customer service all week to resolve this issue, but we some how keep getting disconnected after being on hold for greater than 20 minutes. This is very aggravating due to the fact that I'm 6000 miles from home and have a job to do over here. If I owe any money, I have no problem paying it. But I definitely don't owe 879 dollars. I will be contacting the Better Business Burea if this goes any longer without getting resolved. Ive tried handling this the right way, but the terrible customer service makes it impossible. As a deployed service member I don't have time to worry about why an Internet company is trying to take advantage of me and rip me off. My wife can be contacted at phone.
