Jessica Yabut sent a message to Craig Menear Chairman, CEO and President of The Home Depot email address that said:
To Whom this may concern,
I do understand you are going to read the first little bit of this and not care but I would like to tell you about my experience at Home Depot. On black Friday I came into your store and bought a fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove. For some this might be an everyday purchase but for my at 25 with a 1 year old child this was a HUGE purchase.
I paid in full on November 24th 2017, so proud i could not wait for my appliances to be delivered. Since then i have got blown off twice, have called off work twice. i have lost over 1000 dollars in pay.
Today, February 2 2018 i got blown off again say thing they still do not have my appliances. After speaking with the Manger which i would love to add, I have never been talk to like they way she did.
I decided to go into Home Depot and see if there was someone i could talk to and it ended up with my getting my money back.
Thats when i decided to go to Lowes and finally get my appliances i have been waiting so long for. I couldnt afford to have them delivered because when i was at your store, there was a deal on them, so i had to end up paying extra and to be honest i was so scared to have them delivered and for no one to show again i put them on the back on my truck and drive them home myself. As Im going home the fridge flew out the back and it was destroyed, and now i have to no money at all to get a new fridge. So now i am home with no fridge a 1 year son.
I just wanted to send you this to hopefully let you know the horrible experience i have been through.
While you sit home and are a billionaire I just hope you think about a mother who gets to go without but the horrible experience I had to go through with your company.
