Today 4/17/16 we took our small dog to Pet Smart's groomers. This was one the most disgusting and unprofessional experiences I have ever faced. This dog came back to us a blooddy mess, The grooming was terrible and the groomer was a jerk, loud and denied any wrong doing. Nobody would take the blame for this awful job of near mutilation. She was cut so close at one eye it was a near puncture wound. We very seldom take our dogs to the groomers at pet smart because of this very reason, now they have lost an occasional customer. In closing they were told that she had been licking her feet and they were red, that they needed to be careful in that area, I wish. I believe I could have done a better job. If something happens to this dog I will be forced to sue. I plan on researching the poor service and rough treatment these animals receive. As one other customer said to my wife (as she stood back and watched them "groom" her dog) "I only bring my dog here if my regular groomer is not available due to the lack of ability".
