Today I shopped at your Southaven Ms . Store. After viewing your sales ad l was shoping for scatter rugs that I was unable to find. I ask three different clerks on the floor to assist me. Each clerk was unable to tell me where to look. On the way out of the store I stopped at the checkout counter and ask if they had quit carrying rugs as I was unable to find them. I was told that There should be some bash there somewhere. I spent 45 minutes there and got nothing. Perhaps your employees should understand how easy and quick it is to shop on the internet.
