Today I used your grocery home delivery service for the first time. I will NEVER use it again. My delivery widow was 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Guess when the driver got here. If you guessed 4:40, you'd be right. That's 2 hours and 40 minutes after the delivery window closed.
Here's a tip: If you have a new customer and their delivery window starts at 1:00, you should be ringing their doorbell at 1:05.
When I mentioned to the driver that he was late, his response was (his exact words), "Oh. What time did they tell you I would be here?" They? Why is he separating himself from the rest of the company. And why didn't he know when he was supposed to be here?
Like I said, I will never use your service again, but you should really try to treat your customers (and especially new customers) better.
