Thomas J. Landers sent a message to Thomas M. Rutledge - Chief Executive Officer and President of Charter Communications, Inc. - Email Address that said:
Tom: I cant believe that a new customer of Spectrum might actually reach the CEO with my concern. I feel that the switch over from TWC in Milwaukee is the cause of me losing my phone number of 47 years. I had a seasonal hold with TWC (10/26/16- until 06/07/17). TWC knew my forwarding address in Florida, yet Spectrum never tried to reach me with any bills during that period. While currently trying to restore my regular service, I have learned that I was disconnected and will know longer have my long held number. The number was originally transferred from ATT to TWC and is still available to me. However, I will have to set up an account with ATT and only then will Spectrum be able to transfer my number over. I really do not think that I should be required to acquire the expense of doing this. If you would be so kind as to have this matter reviewed, you would make a 76 yr. old snowbird very happy. Surprise me with a favorable response, as nobody thinks I will even hear from you. Tom Landers (just call me Tom, Tom)
