Tonight we ordered a movie, the big short. I ordered through texting. Not able to play cause my TV is not hooked up to Internet I spoke to three different people. Disconnected twice. They were not able to fix. Asked them to cancel my order. Told can not since it has been longer then 5 minutes. Asked to talk to supervisor told there is none. Why
En contract is up we are back to WOW. A thousand times better them this poor system, At one point I was told on phone it would cost five bucks to talk to customer service. Terrible service.
