We are building a new house at the above address. We contacted Windstream a month ago about setting up a new phone. Today we were told that it won't be until Jan. 16 that it will be available. That your company is not ready to add another line. We move Nov. 25th. I am shocked that Windstream isn't ready to add one more phone line. It is NOT in rural America but a part of metro Atlanta. We had some medical issues and need a phone line access. Can you please help? Please make a simple phone line available to our new address by end of November! Please advise what else I need to do in order to make it happen. Thank you for your assistance.
