Again, no follow-up from customers service. I have requested three times that they contact AT&T to check the telephone lines, as my burglar alarm company advises there is a problem with the telephone line, prevent the daily test signal to register at their station, and preventing the alarm from showing up at the station when tested for break-in alert. Is it that difficult to call AT&T. I called myself, but AT&T says call must come from you.
