I have had an open trouble ticket (42221358) since October 31st and still do not have resolution. The phone line when dialing into says it is out of service and of course it is dead on this end. I have had our local phone hard ware guy come out and determine it is dead at the dmark. Any help with resolution would be greatly appreciated.
