I have been a customer of Windstream for 20 plus years. All of a sudden my service was disconnected due to some mix up on Windstream's end. After an hour and 45 minutes and no less than 6 different representatives I still can't get someone to turn the service back on. What the heck? An hour and 45 minutes. Now I am being told a new account must be set up and a credit check is required. Really? After all this time as a customer, why would you not simply take care of the problem?
Very poor service.
