Hi Mr Thomas. Last resort to contact you for ideas and hopefully a solution. My internet has been dropping excessively for about 3 weeks. I've spent LOTS of time on phone with service reps, supervisors and have had techs at my house 3 times. Techs say everything looks fine with what they see. Makayla ... the last service supervisor I talked with said she could see many problems on what she looks at for my account. After Corey returned to look at things on Sunday 3/8 things were good until this morning. When I woke up I noticed it was dropped again. I reset and had to go out and it was off again when I returned home. I have been a Windstream customer for 12 yrs 7 mos and have spoken up on social media when I see others who have complaints. Makayla was going to have the rgl mgr for my area call me ... never got a call from him or anyone else. This is unacceptable customer service. I need to have things totally fixed or have someone tell me it's not possible to do at this time. A financial service rep refunded $30 for this month and gave me a discount going forward. I feel this month should have no charge at all. Also when it rains my phone is overloaded with static and other noises that it's not possible to talk on it. We have kept landline to have internet. Thankfully I've had my cell phone. I have a travel agent business at my home. I'm not obsessed with the internet or phone but they are necessary for my business.
