Hi Mr. Thomas,

My husband has been a long time faithful customer for the past 22 years and we feel like you all are family! We are so grateful to have Windstream in our area! But something came to my attention. We are newlyweds and I noticed Ed has been billed for 11 years for an unneccessary additional charge which he never requested. He thought it was something mandatory when it appeared on the bill so he never questioned it. Now that I am doing the bills, I discovered this recurring charge and when I called about it, I discovered it was an optional charge for which we should never have been billed, because Ed never requested this. They offered three months credit for this $12.99 Secure Package but I don't feel that is fair for the amount of time that he has had that unauthorized recurring charge. Ed has been with you for so many years, and has been a faithful loyal customer and we are wondering what more you can do for us. Thank you so much for any help with this! 🙂
