I am the owner of Trucks, Inc. and we were a client for since the inception of your company. After years of trying to orchestrate a suitable rate structure after account rep after account rep, we were charged $.06 cents a minute. Because we were upgrading our entire internet and phone system, and full computer system inhouse, we decided to go voice over ip.
We tried to get your sales people to work with us, but the communication was not clear and we went with another vendor. We ended our contract but are now being told we have a$3,300 balance placed for collection. Given our long term history and being over charged for YEARS, shame on me, can you please help remove this action?
