Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced (I have been the controller of many companies for the last 40 years)
I have been trying to get a simple potts line for the last 4 weeks ---still not working
Our fax line took 3 weeks to repair service and after 3 days is now down again.
Also--every agent on customer service is apparently from india and impossible to understand
