Tony congrats on your new position. I am director of plant operations at a local Hospital in Ohio. I have had big issues with Windstream in the past and it wasn't any better this weekend. Our phones went down yesterday, 12/2/2018 I was notified at 1 pm, we tried calling to get a ticket made and we reached an Indonesion answering service, at no prevail we (again a hospital) were out of service until this morning at 10am. Can you get me a up to date phone tree, to by pass this nonsense, I needa better service than 20hr turn around.
