I could not be more aggravated with your company and your staff. I have had problems with my billing for months was I paid bills that were never credited to my account this resulted in being shut off then finally figured out the mistake months later the missing $ 400 was finally credited then I was being overcharged for years for voice mail.
Never once did an agent contact me to see if I was on the best plan after you bought out Earthlink who I was with
then I was told about arbitration options
I want to see you personally in court regarding charging me the $ 400 plus in fees that were charged when I had no service.
