We are over age 80, but we are not dead yet. We are trying to respond to our 1st bill since we came back to the US from our volunteer overseas service. We entered the 3 numbers your site calls for to get online with you but were told we were wrong. We have had 4-5 phone conversations involving the turn-on of our service. It appears that none of what was said with each call was recorded centrally. That is, no one that answers your phone knows what the last Windstream operator said/agreed. Summary impressions: Your home service people = kind, angelic, efficient. Your admin people = totally uncoordinated, disconnected, seated on independent planets. Your marketing/sales staff = satanic, mafia-like, high-presssured, devious. We want to pay our bill but it does not reflect what was agreed upon at our various phone calls to try and correct billing errors.
