Well, It's very clear to me your company has had bankruptcy issues this year. I am forced by my location to use Windstream as my internet service provider since there is no other coverage available. I am, like so many others, working from home which, obviously requires internet service. My internet to my home has been OUT for a total of 19 days since the beginning of August of this year. It's very difficult to conduct online meetings on my phone hotspot. Windstream service techs have been to my home twice in the last month and have been no help whatsoever! Guess you can't afford to provide me the consistent internet service I pay for. But let me be one day late paying my bill and you charge me $10. Great racket you have going there. I get to pay you for no service!!!!
