Not only is she always in a good mood, but she goes above and beyond to assist not only customers in her branch but the other associates as well. If she doesnt know the answer, she is quick to find out and assist. I have worked as a Financial Advisor in a different bank and have seen Branch Managers sitting behind their desk most of the day. Sara is engaged and ready to assist in any way possible and greets customers by first name. Her effort and friendly demeanor is greatly appreciated, acknowledged and in fact refreshing. More service industry professionals could easily learn from her. She is to be commended!
