I recently called to ask about my Rewards Card (I have used it for 9 months, I have never received a coupon, email or any sort of communication) and was told someone would call me back within 5 days.
That was 3 weeks ago. It took me almost 45 minutes to even talk to someone who tried to dismiss my claim because my info didn\'t match up to my card.
This is why I called in the first place! They wouldn\'t give me any corporate contact info, terrible. Worse experience that I have ever had. Never expected such a big well known company to have such a crappy customer service department.
Huge letdown. I will make sure to pass this info on to all of my friends, employees and casual associates. Very disappointing! No excuses!
