Tried to write to you about all the issues we are having with our DTE service, and the total lack of response from your DTE personnel. All I got back was an unsigned standardized letter. When I talk to them on the phone, they deny we are having powercuts, yet our street is getting many powercuts a month. Worse electrical service than I had when living in Mexico, and non-existent support.
Your help is requested in resolving this.
