Dear Mr. Mark T. Bertolini, Chairman and CEO of Aetna,
Please be advised that I have been a caregiver for two of your members, Mr. Phillip Gruenfeld and Mrs. Janet Lynn Gruenfeld for three years. We have tried through your system to get me paid for two years and have had no success. I am reaching out to you for help here. Nobody has helped us out to date so far. I drive them to their doctor appointments, do their grocery shopping, cook for them, pick up their medications, drive Mr. Gruenfeld to work, clean the apartment and anything else that they ask of me. We have been friends and pretty much family for nearly three years and also my dad in Connecticut who is a double amputee is also a part of this family. I am asking and we are asking as a family for your assistance to help me to get paid for the services that I have been providing over the past three years. I am unemployed and really need the money.
