Dear Mr. Health Net President,
My partner, Gerald Grochowski, and I moved from Florida to Arizona in mid-October 2017. On October 30, 2017, my partner and I signed up for Health Net by telephone. We both wanted Health Net Ruby Plus. Gerald was properly enrolled in Heath Net Ruby Plus; however, the Medicare records show that your representative, Jason, put me in the wrong plan. He put me into Health Net Ruby 4 (not Ruby Plus as we had asked).
I have called twice to get this corrected, and there has been no response. I also wrote via your website, and no response on that either.
Separately, I tried online two times to enroll myself via the Medicare.gov website. Medicare.gov still shows me in the incorrect plan.
Please have someone call me to get me into the correct plan.
