Dave sent a message to Shantanu Narayen President and CEO, Adobe Systems Incorporated – email address that said:

Twice I have bought and installed Adobe Acrobat on this PC. Twice your company has sent out a pop-up saying that I need to update the SW. Twice the update has caused the SW to stop working. I saved the S/N of the second installation and just tried to re-install it. Your support team says that I now need more information (the email that was used years ago) in order to re-install a product I have bought twice.

I'm Director of Business Development at my company and I can tell you that this type of a time-out delete feature is unacceptable here. Moreover, if any of my support people did as little to help me as Sanjay just did he'd be fired on the spot. He even had the nerve to tell me that it'd take 2-3 days to get his boss to call me back!

Unacceptable.

I use your product daily. I've been down for way too long already and I'll be dammed if I'm going to forced to buy it a third time!!!
