Two Sundays ago, I saw a questionable charge on my me and went, not carchecking account in the amount of 8.00. I called the security dept and reported it.They assured me due to my travel that they could have this replacement card to me at my estate in CT where I was heading to by Tuesday or Wed the latest. Wed card. I called on Friday before Mothers Day and was assured the replacement card would be to me by yesterday. Yesterday I called again and they told me it would be here by Today Wed. My ail has come and went and I am still waiting. No replacement card. can you explain to me what kind of bank you run? I just spoke to Mr Menodoza who identified himself as a manaer at your customer service line and he explained that the card was never sent over night as promised, that there is no record of my call with your inept customer service person on Friday. Today almost TWO weeks have passed and I still do not have a debt card to utilize y funds. My name is Debi Newton 203 650 5004. I would appreciate a call back with any update from someone that can explain to me where my debit card is
