Ken Leung sent a message to Oscar Munoz that said:
Mr. Munoz,
Today 22 of May I call to book a flight and talking to Albert from the Philippines #V081124.
He stated that he can book me into Flight for the 22 of June and told me he was not able to provide me a seat with leg room.
That it was a policy that they can not give those seats in advance. I never experience customer service who did not understand my needs.
I have to wear a cast on my leg and need the extra room, what he told me to do was when I reach the airport to request a seat for those who need assistance.
I have been flying your airline now for 7 years twice a year.
Leny #V046036 you have offered me 23B 23E. I request to be seated towards the front at row 8 and she still fighting back!
Under my current medical condition(wearing a walking cast), I cannot walk very far and Leny still refused to give me a seat in the front.
The past 7 years I've never been missed treated like this matter.
I hope this is not the last time I fly United.
Ken Leung
