I have a Pacific Care Medicare Supplement policy.
I have called the number on the back of my Pacific Care card and talked to them. They are another company (not Pacific Care) that does work with Pacific Care. They do not know how to contact Pacific Care at all! They know nothing about the continuation of the policy or the rates.
I understand that Pacific Care was bought out by United Health Care.
I have contacted all the phone numbers listed on the Internet for Pacific Care. They all refer me to UNR or United Health Care. None of the persons at any of your offices know anything about Pacific Care or my policy.
I want to know if my Pacific Care policy with all the same benefits will be continued in 2021 and what the rates will be.
I have contacted your Corporate Office at (800) 328-5979 and talked to a very helpful lady name Pattie. She took all my info and told me someone would call me back at my home phone (818) 2400-0849. I am waiting on a callback.
I have had this policy since 2005 and up until now have been happy with it.
I think that Pacific Care, or United Health Care, should have notified their customers of a new contact name and phone number. I have spent two days and many phone calls with no help until today.
