I reluctantly write to you but simply cannot find anyone who can assist me with a simple request. Ive tried for two weeks, left messages and no return calls.
I received an invitation to enlist in the Well at Home Program. I tried to use the website but it fails each time. I called the phone number(833-321-0383) and been on hold over an hour. Cannot even request a call back.
All I want to do is enroll and its impossible to do so.
Perhaps you can pass this on to someone who can assist me.
