I have been awaiting a new billing statement since Feb 20, 2018. I called today March 1, 2018 and now being told that CenturyLink is not allowed to send a corrected statement.
I didnt think this sounded logical. Your rep corrected the amount and now I am supposed to just cross off the original amount and send it? I have nothing in writing to show that I am paying the correct amount.
I am paying $2. 83 cents for the bill due on March 7th. The rep who said this is the way to do it , Brian ID# AC 78951. If anything should come back to me about the billing , you can talk to Brian.
Because I do not believe anything I have been told over the past 2 1/2 month by any of your reps, I will continue to send you updates so that you have it in my file.
Still waiting for the email from the Customer rep area to address my questions regarding reversing my plan. I am sure you have all this information. The last auto email said I would receive an email in 1 day it is now going on 3 days no email .
